They did? Apparently you are not aware of the number of victims who came forward asserting that they had actually paid the loans or debts. There is a process for determining if the debts are/were valid but it hinges on both sides being alerted that the case is being tried. Your "reality check" is nothing but evidence that you do not know that of which you type.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637960526696603209.post-35025683066281219252014-01-11T14:30:41.993-08:002014-01-11T14:30:41.993-08:00Nah - you just sound like a civil defense attorney...Nah - you just sound like a civil defense attorney. The victims are barely victims except for their own bad luck or money mismanagement. Difficult to be very sympathetic. I hate the payday loan places but I assume some of them were not payday loan lawsuits, just people that blew off debts. They all still owed the money. That seems to have been forgotten because this process server was a greedy liar. He didn't ruin these victims lives. They were already ruined. I realize I sound totally heartless but I am trying to send out a reality check.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7637960526696603209.post-89269739291929984272013-01-19T09:14:51.234-08:002013-01-19T09:14:51.234-08:00January 18, 2013 at 9:22 AM - I'd say knowingl...January 18, 2013 at 9:22 AM - I'd say knowingly using crooked service qualifies as not being careful.
