  1. Trump supports are now trying to "unite" Republicans...nice try. Should have thought of that before he repeatedly stated he did not need our support or used every kind of insult against his detractors. He is going to get an election day asskicking of biblical proportions.

  2. Kasich is out, too. All hail Trump, until he loses to Hilary, then business as usual. More war, more taxes, more laws.

  3. I am feeling good today, so for once I will comment on each topic our generous and wise blog host posted today.

    1. Cruz is an intelligent slimy douchebag. Goodbye and good-riddance. Hillary would have crushed him. Trump will crush Hillary. It will be ugly. Grab the popcorn.
    2. I am a great fan of plaintiff rights, but this article has publicist puff piece written all over it. The pilot would not have taken off if he thought there was a problem. People who fly often die. It's part of the risk. Get over it. (But I bet there might be a products liability case in there....that's where the deep pockets are....)
    3. Boohoo, I had to watch a religious video. Fuck you. There is a reason hiring is off. First, the government taxes the crap out of you for having employees. Second, any employee over 40, or fat, or black, or gay, or female, or drug addicted, gets super special privileges. As a result, you can only hire white men under 40, and they are typically expensive. Though, thanks to Bernie, it is easier now to screen out the hopelessly "safe space" needy babypants by putting a Bernie poster on the wall and seeing how they respond. If his face lights up, bye bye. If he gets an angry look, welcome to the company, young man!
    4. Awesome. Kids should see how the courts work.
    Finally, I like 11:46 AM.
    Happy Hump Day!

    1. Uncle Bill?! We don't usually see you until the holidays. The way you share your enlightened political views over turkey and make everyone cry and yell is a holiday tradition!

    3. 12:34 was not really very entertaining at all. Must not know much about employment law either. I'm no fan of whiny employees or employment litigation plaintiffs but if what was alleged is true, that's totally over the line.

    4. Factual though and I fall into one or more of those categories. However 40 something male will sexually harass and cause a malpractice suit because he's an arrogant prick with more testosterone than brains.

  6. Another topic: thoughts on scavengers that eat other co-workers food left in the fridge? Confront? I knew someone that used to lick their food so the joke was on the offender.

    3. I had some hamburgers I cooked onetime and I had like 3 left over from the night before. ON PURPOSE, They were in the fridge like 10 days or better. I would not eat something that is more than a few days old. My law clerk ate them. He said........after he left the bathroom.......who put the hamburgers in the fridge since it gave him the shits..........KARMA.........! Have not had a problem since.
